What Your Ayurveda

Program Tuition Includes

220-hours of Ayurveda support

  • 14 full days of training, including: Lectures, Sadhna Practices, Yoga, Meditation, Sound Bath, Indian Cultural Arts, Cooking Classes, and Special Immersive Experiences. (Note: 8 days are on-site during our opening and closing retreat, the remaining modules are live-streamed.)

  • 9 online Monday evening classes with Ayurvedic doctors and practitioners alike

  • 6- Yoga Therapeutics Classes Live-streamed

Extensive Course Materials

  • Printed Program Manual

  • 8 Pre-Recorded Cooking Classes with Emily Murphy Kaur owner of Setu Vermont
