What can I expect the yoga and meditation programming at SETU to be like?

We teach and practice under the lineages of Tirumalai Krishnamacharya (referred to as the Father of Modern Yoga). All of our teachers have made numerous trips to India, and are bringing back practices that support individual wellness in breath and body. Classes during Ayurveda training programs are geared to the beginner and do not require any previous yoga or meditation experience. Our intention is to introduce both as they is traditionally taught in India, which means meeting each participant where they are and slowly providing opportunities to expand their engagement with these interrelated wellness practices. Additionally, since yoga in India is a spiritual endeavor requiring deep reflection within, we do not have a required fitness expectation. All body types and fitness levels are expected and supported.
