It’s ideal for health and wellness professionals, including yoga teachers, massage therapists, healthcare providers, and wellness coaches, who are looking to expand their skill sets and offerings.

  • Absolutely! Our Ayurveda Immersion Training is designed to provide health and wellness professionals with actionable tools and knowledge. Participants will learn how to integrate Ayurvedic principles into client care, such as dietary and lifestyle recommendations, stress management, and home remedies.

  • Yes, the program is designed to accommodate working professionals. The combination of on-site retreats and online sessions provides flexibility to manage work and study effectively.

  • Yes! While we strongly encourage live attendance for online classes, all sessions will be recorded and available for you to watch later throughout the duration of the program.

  • No, access to the cooking classes and digital class materials is available only for the duration of the program. We encourage you to engage fully and make the most of the resources while they are available!

  • Participants will engage in hands-on activities such as cooking classes, yoga therapeutics, and collaborations with organizations like the New England Center for Circus Arts (NECCA) and Wheelhouse Pottery Studio to explore movement and mindfulness practices.

  • No prior knowledge is necessary. The program is designed to accommodate beginners and provide depth for those looking to integrate Ayurveda into their professional practice.

  • Our experienced instructors offer personalized guidance throughout the training. You'll also have access to course materials, recorded sessions, and a community of peers for support.

  • At the start of your training, you’ll be placed in a mentorship group, guided by an assigned mentor. Your group will work together to schedule a convenient time to meet each month.

    Mentorship groups typically meet one evening per month in October and November, choosing a Monday that already had a morning yoga session, as this time is often reserved in participants' schedules.

  • To successfully complete the program and receive a Certificate of Completion, participants must:

    1. Attend or watch all sessions – Live participation is encouraged, but recordings are available if needed.

    2. Complete all assignments – Submit any coursework by the deadlines provided.

    3. Complete required readings – Engage with all assigned materials to support your learning.

    4. Pass the final assessment – The exam will be administered during the closing weekend, and a minimum score of 70% is required. A study guide will be provided during the October remote weekend retreat to help you prepare.

    Meeting these requirements ensures you gain the full depth of learning and successfully complete the program.

  • We offer various lodging options to suit different preferences and budgets. All accommodations include necessary amenities such as towels, bedding, and pillows. Accommodations include single, double, triple and family lodge style rooms. Upon registering you will be able to choose the type of accommodation that you want.

  • Yes, we provide Ayurvedically inspired vegetarian meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We can accommodate most special dietary needs and allergies; please inform us in advance.

  • Yes! Local participants are welcome to commute for the on-site weekends and still receive meals. To do so, you’ll need to add the Local Pass for the opening and closing weekends. The pass is $320 total (for both opening and closing weekend) and includes all eight meals per weekend, covering:

    • Breakfast: Friday–Sunday

    • Lunch: Friday & Saturday

    • Dinner: Thursday–Saturday

    This option ensures you can fully participate in the retreat experience while commuting from home.

  • Comfortable clothing suitable for movement and meditation is recommended. A detailed list of any required materials will be provided upon registration.

  • Yes, we strongly encourage live attendance to ensure full participation and engagement in the program. However, we understand that unavoidable conflicts may arise. If you are unable to attend a session, please email us in advance, and you will be expected to watch the recording at a later date.

    Consistent attendance is essential for getting the most out of your training and maintaining the group dynamic. Repeated absences may impact your ability to fully integrate the material and complete the program successfully.

  • Registration opens on March 1, 2025. You can apply through our website by completing the online application form and submitting the required deposit to secure your spot.

  • Program Pricing & Discounts

    The program cost is $2,950 plus room and board. We offer an Early Bird Discount of $200 off for registrations completed before May 15th.

    Payment Options:

    • $2,950.00 – Full Program Price

    • $998.00 – Three-Month Payment Plan

    • $450.00 – 220-Hour Ayurveda Immersion Deposit (for those applying for financial aid or VSAC funding)

    Room & Board for Opening and Closing Retreat (6 Nights, 8 Days):

    • $1,320.00 – Single Room

    • $990.00 – Double Room

    • $825.00 – Shared Room (3–6 people per room)

    • $320.00 – Commuter Meals Only (for both opening and closing weekend)

  • Yes! We offer two payment options:

    1. Pay in Full – (Total: $2950) Submit the full tuition amount upon registration.

    2. Three-Month Payment Plan – (Total: $2994) Payments are divided as follows:

      • First installment due upon registration

      • Second installment due one month prior to program start date.

      • Final installment due by first day of program.

  • VSAC Achievement Grants can be used to assist professionals with tuition costs. Participants may also be eligible for continuing education credits, depending on their professional licensing bodies. We recommend checking with your specific organization for details.

  • First, apply to Setu’s Immersion program. Choose “220-Hour Ayurveda Immersion Deposit Only” when you register and pay deposit amount.

    Then follow the link to the VSAC scholarship page and apply for the grant.

    Notify us of the VSAC decision.

  • If you do not receive the VSAC grant, you may be eligible for support from our internal scholarship fund to help cover tuition. If your total financial aid is insufficient for you to enroll in the program, we will refund your deposit, minus a 3% processing fee, provided you request the refund at least 7 days prior to program start.

  • Refund Policy for Ayurveda Training

    We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent refund policy:

    • Up to 7 days before the program start date – A full refund is available, minus a 3% processing fee on any fees paid to date.

    • From 7 days before the program start date until September 30 – 50% of the program tuition will be creditedtowards a future program.

    • After October 1 – No refunds or credits are available.
