  • Absolutely! Our Ayurveda Immersion Training is designed to provide health and wellness professionals with actionable tools and knowledge. Participants will learn how to integrate Ayurvedic principles into client care, such as dietary and lifestyle recommendations, stress management, and home remedies.

  • The program includes:

    • On-Site Retreats: Two immersive retreats at Setu Vermont—an opening retreat from September 11-14, 2025, and a closing retreat from December 11-14, 2025.

    • Online Components:

      • Yoga Series: Scheduled on specific dates.

      • Remote Weekends: Monthly online sessions.

      • Monday Evening Classes: Weekly online classes throughout the training.

    This blended format allows participants to balance their personal and professional commitments while engaging deeply with the material.

  • Yes, the program is designed to accommodate working professionals. The combination of on-site retreats and online sessions provides flexibility to manage work and study effectively.

  • A: The program cost is $2,950 plus room and board. We offer an Early Bird discount of $200 off for registrations completed before May 15th. Additionally, limited need-based scholarships are available, with priority given to applicants from Windham County. Please contact us for more information on how to apply.

  • We are in the process of applying for the VSAC Achievement Grant to assist professionals with tuition costs. Participants may also be eligible for continuing education credits, depending on their professional licensing bodies. We recommend checking with your specific organization for details.

  • We offer various lodging options to suit different preferences and budgets. All accommodations include necessary amenities such as towels, bedding, and pillows. Accommodations include single, double, triple and family lodge style rooms. Upon registering you will be able to choose the type of accommodation that you want.

  • Yes, we provide Ayurvedically inspired vegetarian meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We can accommodate most special dietary needs and allergies; please inform us in advance.

  • Our experienced instructors offer personalized guidance throughout the training. You'll also have access to course materials, recorded sessions, and a community of peers for support.

  • Comfortable clothing suitable for movement and meditation is recommended. A detailed list of any required materials will be provided upon registration.
