Setu Longevity Immersion
Reclaiming Vitality for Life, Love, and Legacy
The Setu Longevity Immersion is the only Ayurvedic couples retreat in the United States — and it begins the moment you arrive.
Shared presence with a small circle of like‑minded couples. Warm chai. A hot towel. Vermont woodland. Three unhurried days rooted in thousands of years of wisdom, where every meal is medicine, every treatment is self-love, and every moment has been prepared so you can finally stop running and simply be — together. Held under the blessings of Ganesha, this weekend returns something you didn't realize you had set down. What you take home is not simply rest. It is a new way of living — and a love that has been given room to breathe again.

Curated Wellness
-
This journey begins before you set foot in Vermont.
Every couple is invited to meet privately with an Ayurvedic practitioner to explore their individual constitution, natural tendencies, and shared strengths. Rather than a one-size-fits-all wellness weekend, your experience is thoughtfully tailored so that each meditation, treatment, and recommendation feels personal, relevant, and practical.
Because the most meaningful experiences begin with understanding yourself—and each other.
-
Every couple enjoys a thoughtfully curated spa experience that includes:
Two couples massages
Crown & Mind Ritual (Siro Abhyanga)
One personalized treatment of your choice: Ayurvedic Facial • Traditional Abhyanga • Restorative Massage
Each therapy is designed to quiet the nervous system, encourage presence, and create space for deep restoration.
-
Seasonal Vermont ingredients meet the timeless principles of Ayurveda in beautifully prepared breakfasts, lunches, and dinners enjoyed around a communal table.
Fresh herbal teas are available throughout the day, creating natural pauses for conversation, rest, and reflection.
-
The weekend doesn't end when you leave.
Every couple departs with personalized recommendations, simple daily rituals, guided meditations, and practical tools to continue cultivating alignment and connection long after returning home.
Because the goal isn't simply a wonderful weekend.
It's creating a way of living together that feels more intentional, restorative, and deeply connected.
-
As the sun sets over the Vermont hills, gather around the fire for a warm welcome inspired by Indian traditions.
Enjoy fresh chai, receive a hand-painted henna blessing, and settle into a slower rhythm as you reconnect with one another and the community around you.
No rushing. No agenda. Just an invitation to arrive fully.
-
Experience partner meditations, breath practices, sound journeys, and quiet reflection inspired by Ayurvedic wisdom.
These are not communication workshops or therapy sessions—they are gentle, accessible practices that help cultivate presence, appreciation, and shared intention.
-
As daylight fades, the property becomes something entirely different.
Gather for candlelit sound meditation, fireside tea, stargazing, and meaningful conversation in an atmosphere designed to encourage presence and rest.
Leave your phone behind and rediscover the beauty of an uninterrupted evening together.
Space is Limited to five couples.

Meet the Founders
Setu Vermont was created and is lovingly held by two people who live this work every day — in their own lives, in their family, and on this land. Together, they’ve welcomed thousands of guests to Setu, guided meditation and Ayurveda practice for caregivers and corporate professionals, and quietly built a retreat center where people can arrive as they are and feel genuinely cared for.
As your hosts for the Setu Longevity Immersion, they are here not just to lead sessions, but to hold the atmosphere of the whole weekend — from the way you’re greeted at the door to the cadence of the schedule, the story of the food, and the feeling you take home when you leave..
