  • 7:30-9:00 PM Welcome to Ayurveda & Intention Setting

Saturday

  • 8:00-9:00AM:  Morning Sadhana: Yoga

  • 9:00-10:00AM: Nourishing Breakfast

  • 10:30-12:30:  Practical Lecture (Indian Philosophy, Ayurveda Foundations, Finding Balance)

  • 12:30-1:30 Lunch & Free Time 

  • 1:30-3:00 PM: Forest Bathing (pending)

  • 3:00-5:00 PM  Ayurveda Immersive Experience

  • 6:00-7:00 Dinner

  • 7:30-9:00 PM Sound Meditation
