This weekend retreat is for those seeking time devoted to meditation, mindfulness, and nervous system restoration.

Meditation is not limited to stillness on a cushion — it is a practice that supports clarity and presence throughout daily life. During this retreat, we explore accessible techniques meant to be used both on and off the cushion, including walking meditation, breath awareness, focus points, and sound-based practices.

New this season, meditation is supported by a 7-foot planetary gong, used therapeutically to help the body settle, the mind soften, and awareness turn inward with greater ease.

Whether you are new to meditation or continuing an established practice, this weekend offers a gentle, spacious reset.
