For those looking to spend a weekend focused on meditation & mindfulness this retreat is for you!
Meditation isn’t something that is done only while seated on a cushion, in a serene environment. It’s an activity integral to creating a calm mind, throughout life…sometimes with eyes open. Throughout the year, we will be offering a series of meditation retreats for those interested in learning techniques and tools meant to be used on and off the cushion, like: walking meditation, breath control, focus points, and using sound to calm the mind.

Your retreat package includes the course instruction, plus:

Throughout the long weekend, you will be guided through practices and experiences designed to address and nourish each layer of your being.
These one-of-a-kind programs include breathing exercises (pranayama), guided and silent meditation, sound healing with post-meditation measurements, Ayurveda (medicine of India) introduction, group reflection and Q&A, intention setting, silent mindful walking and connection to nature through integrated activities like gardening and art.
