Starting April 2025-August 2025 (2-4 week opportunities)

Description:

We have been building and restoring the landscape surrounding our center, cultivating lots of herbs and vegetables to help make our center more sustainable. Currently we use the herbs in our own personal apothecary, as well as integrate the items we reap into our Indian cooking classes, courses on herbalism and Ayurveda.

With that in mind, we are looking for some support with garden maintenance and herb cultivation. We are also looking for support in restoring a trail that exists on our property, making it an accessible walk with meditation spot for the fall season (e.g. maintenance, bridge building, and signage). There may be other projects that we are engaged in, depending on arrival, but these are the two projects of Summer 2024.

Time expectation:

The approximate amount of work we are expecting is between 20 hours/week.
