12:00 PM – Lunch & Free Time
1:30–2:30 PM – Forest Bathing and Rejuvination
3:00–5:00 PM – Meditation for Deeper Rest: Focuses on using meditation as a tool to relax the mind before sleep.
6:00 PM – Dinner
7:00 PM – Evening Rituals Practice: Restorative yoga, aromatherapy, and meditation for better sleep

7: AM – Morning Stillness: Meditation & reflection practice
