Yes. Many guests come solo, and we design the experience so both individuals and groups alike feel welcomed. You will have time to connect, and also plenty of space to rest and be by yourself.

Yes. This camp is created for regular people, not performance athletes. We offer gentle, accessible practices with lots of options to rest, modify, or skip a session if your body or nervous system needs it.

Most guests are in their 30s–60s, often caregivers, helping professionals, or creatives who are feeling tired, overextended, or in transition. Some come with a friend or partner, many come alone.

We serve simple, seasonal, vegetarian meals inspired by Ayurveda. We accommodate gluten‑free, dairy‑free, and other common restrictions—just share your needs in advance when you register.

We keep group size small and the vibe gentle. Typical summer camps run between 12-15 people.

Your retreat package includes one 50-minute spa treatment of your choice, as well as a community acupuncture session designed to support relaxation and balance.
You will receive a booking link 2 weeks in advance to secure your treatment spot.

We offer various lodging options to suit different preferences and budgets. All accommodations include necessary amenities such as towels, bedding, and pillows.
Accommodations include single, double, triple, and family lodge-style rooms. Upon registering, you will be able to choose the type of accommodation that you want.

Our retreat includes all meals from dinner on the first night through breakfast on the final day, except for Friday evening dinner.
On Friday night, you'll have the opportunity to explore the local food scene in Brattleboro. We encourage you to enjoy a meal in town, and we’re happy to provide recommendations based on your preferences when you're on-site!

A car is needed to travel to offsite experiences. That said, many participants will have cars, and carpooling is often an option.
If you’re arriving via train, the Amtrak Vermonter stops in Brattleboro, Vermont, just a short distance from our retreat center. We offer pick-up services for $30 per trip if needed.

Yes, if your child is 12 or older. Otherwise, this retreat is designed for adults seeking a space for relaxation and renewal.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent refund policy:
Refunds: Available up to 15 days before your program or stay, minus a $50 processing fee per person.
Nonrefundable Credit: If you cancel between 14 days and 1 day before your program or stay, you can receive a nonrefundable credit (less a $50 processing fee per/person) applicable to any future program or stay within one year.
No Refund or Credit: Cancellations on the arrival day, no-shows, or early departures are not eligible for refunds or credits.
