A Meditation Retreat for Stillness and Renewal
Two dates: June 24-28 2026, and September 9-13
Setu Vermont, Brattleboro, VT
Step away from daily noise and spend a weekend devoted to meditation, mindfulness, and nervous system restoration. Through guided practices, quiet time, and a supportive community, you’ll leave feeling clearer, calmer, and more anchored.
This retreat is for you if:
You’ve already done a retreat with us or have a regular meditation practice, and/or
You’re ready to be with yourself—old patterns, ‘skeletons,’ and all—in a held space; and/or
You want practical tools to carry this depth back into your everyday life.
This is not limited to an introduction. We sit longer, stay quieter, and spend more time in inquiry and silence than in our standard meditation weekends

What’s a meditation retreat like?
Experience a guided meditation class at Sētu Vermont, a peaceful retreat center in Brattleboro, Vermont. Designed to support relaxation, mindfulness, and deep rest.
Why the 7-Foot Gong Changes the Work
Allows the body to fully relax, by focusing on one-sensory perception
In a relaxed state you can be more perceptive about what needs to change, be the observer
Full‑body sound that makes it easier to stay present with intense emotions.
Shared rhythm that regulates breath, pulse, and thoughts in the whole room.
A bridge between difficult inner material and deep rest—so you don’t have to ‘white‑knuckle’ longer sits.
