Deepen Your Practice: A Summer Meditation Immersion

A long‑weekend retreat for returning guests and committed meditators who want to sit longer, go deeper, and come home with tools for real‑life practice.

If our 3‑day Meditation Retreat is your reset, this weekend is your next layer—built for people ready to meet what’s underneath and stay.

Held near the summer solstice (June 21, 2026), this immersion uses meditation, breathwork, and our 7‑foot planetary gong to turn the season’s outward energy inward—so you can finally meet what you’ve been carrying and let it move.

What You’ll Walk Away With

  • A clearer, kinder relationship with your own mind and history.

  • Practical tools for sitting through discomfort—so old patterns have less power.

  • A personal practice plan for the next 30 days, created with your teacher.

  • Scripted, supported meditations you can recreate at home

This is not an introduction. We sit longer, stay quieter, and spend more time in inquiry and silence than in our standard meditation weekends

This retreat is for you if:

  • You’ve already done a retreat with us or have a regular meditation practice, and/or

  • You’re ready to be with yourself—old patterns, ‘skeletons,’ and all—in a held space; and/or

  • You want practical tools to carry this depth back into your everyday life.

Why the 7-Foot Gong Changes the Work

  • Allows the body to fully relax, by focusing on one-sensory perception

  • In a relaxed state you can be more perceptive about what needs to change, be the observer

  • Full‑body sound that makes it easier to stay present with intense emotions.

  • Shared rhythm that regulates breath, pulse, and thoughts in the whole room.

  • A bridge between difficult inner material and deep rest—so you don’t have to ‘white‑knuckle’ longer sits.

What Our Guests are Saying

Over the weekend, you’ll experience:

  • Long‑form seated meditation (guided and silent) with teacher support.

  • Multiple 7‑foot gong sessions woven into meditation and yoga nidra.

  • Forest bathing and slow walking practice in the summer woods.

  • Restorative or yin‑style yoga / yoga nidra for integration.

  • Ayurveda‑for‑meditation session (how to support deeper practice through food and routine).

  • Group reflection and optional 1:1 check‑ins.

  • Not included, but available on your arrival/departure days: massage, Ayurvedic consults, and spa services (hot tub and sauna access during the retreat remains included).
