This retreat is just that. A time to get rejuvenated, learn techniques that will help you maintain your “glow”, and a chance to make memories with loved ones.

We’re excited to welcome a small group of women for a cozy, mindful spring reset.

Retreat includes:

Four Meals (2 - Breakfasts, 1 - Lunch, 2 - Dinners) + Welcome Beverage

Unlimited Access to Hot Tub and Sauna

12-hours of Hands-On Instruction in Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda and Forest Bathing

Exclusive Retreat Package: $375.00 to $815 per/person (price varies by room)

Focus on Flow

Retreat guests participating in a guided meditation led by Harmeet at Setu Vermont, a Vermont retreat center offering yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda programs.

Practice being in the moment, cultivate new experiences, & learn to meditate amongst the woman and girls in your life who you love the most!


Your Overnight Stay

This retreat is made complete with rooms that overlook the mountains, delicious meals, unlimited hot tub and sauna access, and plenty of outdoor space to relax & connect with nature.


Retreat Schedule

Friday

  • 4-6 pm Check-in

  • 6:30-7:30 pm Welcome Dinner on-site

  • 7:30-9:00pm Intro to retreat & initial meditation experience

  • 8-10 pm Free time (hot tub, sauna etc)

Saturday 

  • 7-8 am Yoga

  • 8-9 am Breakfast

  • 9:30-12:30 Learn your individual Ayurvedic Type

  • 12:30pm-1:30pm Lunch on site

  • 2:00pm-4:00pm Forest Bathing Experience: Get out into the woods!

  • 4:30pm-6:30pm Meditation and setting course for forest bathing

  • 6:30pm-7:30pm Dinner on-site

  • 7:30-9:00 pm Sound Meditation with planetary gongs

Sunday 

  • 7-8 am Yoga

  • 8:30-9:30 am Breakfast

  • 9:30-10:30 am Closing session

  • 11 am Check-out
