11:00 AM: Vibrational Harmony: A sound meditation exploring the art of deep listening.
12:00 PM: Lunch & Free Time
1:30-2:30 Connect with Nature through Guided Forest Bathing
3:00-5:00 PM: The Stress Alchemy: Ayurvedic Basics on understanding stress in the mind and body.
6:00 PM: Dinner
7:00 PM Sleep Sanctuary: Creating a restful evening routine, paired with calming aromatherapy tips

7:30 AM: Morning Stillness: Meditation Class
9:00 AM: Breakfast
10:00 AM: Herbal Tea Blending: Create calming herbal infusions with ingredients like ashwagandha, tulsi, or chamomile. Talking about diet/herbs for stress management.
11:30 AM: Closing Circle & Sharing Your Plan
