Meditation

Guided sessions morning and afternoon, on and off the cushion. Walking meditation, breath work, focus points, and sound.

Meals

Held together as a group. Vegetarian, seasonal, and warm.

Open for downtime, or join optional programming like a sound bath.

Why Sētu

A Retreat Run by the Family Who Lives Here

Sētu is family-run. Emily leads the Ayurveda side and the consultations. Harmeet teaches and plays the gong.

The people cooking your meals and leading your practice are the same people who live here. The property spans 50 acres of trails e gardens in the foothills of the Green Mountains in Brattleboro.

No. Some practice happens in silence, while meals and group time are shared.

Both private and shared rooms are available. Pricing depends on the room you choose.

We understand plans change. A $50 processing fee applies to all cancellations. Cancel two weeks or more ahead and the rest is refunded. Closer to your dates, it becomes credit toward a future stay.

Comfortable clothes for sitting and moving. We'll send a short list once you register.
