Why Sētu

A Retreat Run by the Family Who Lives Here

Sētu is family-run. Emily leads the Ayurveda side and the consultations. Harmeet teaches and plays the gong.

The people cooking your meals and leading your practice are the same people who live here. The property spans 50 acres of trails and gardens in the foothills of the Green Mountains in Brattleboro.

Testimonials

★★★★★

"My wife and I were very lucky to book the Garden Suite. Emily shared wisdom we could bring into daily life, and Harmeet prepared us for the most profound sound baths I have ever experienced. The meals were nourishing, the teachings were meaningful, and I personally felt transformed."

Mike

★★★★★

"My husband and I attended the Retreat. We were completely relaxed at the end of the weekend and could have stayed several more days. We improved our meditation skills, went on a mindful walk in the woods, had a wonderful Abhyanga massage, and ate nutritious vegetarian meals."

Siobhan

★★★★★

"My husband and I were looking for a retreat that nourished his love of meditation and introduced me to its possibilities, so we discovered Setu in Brattleboro, Vermont. To top everything off, the food was delicious. My husband and I are looking forward to our next visit to Setu."
