Autumn Ayurvedic Seasonal Cleanse
A 14-Day Journey to Prepare, Release & Restore
September 14–27, 2026
At-home preparation + four days immersed at Setu Vermont
As summer gives way to fall, the body often asks for a different rhythm: warmer food, deeper rest, less rushing, and more intentional care.
The Setu Fall Ayurvedic Seasonal Cleanse is a guided 14-day reset designed to help you simplify, reconnect with your body’s signals, support digestion, and enter the colder months feeling more grounded, clear, and nourished.
This is not a quick-fix detox or a deprivation plan. It is an intentionally paced Ayurvedic experience that begins at home, culminates in four restorative days at our Vermont retreat center, and gives you a practical path to carry your renewed rhythm into fall.
Limited to 8 guests for individualized care and a spacious retreat experience.
You may be ready for a seasonal reset if…
Your digestion feels irregular, heavy, bloated, or simply “off”
Your energy and focus have felt scattered after a full summer
You are craving a more supportive relationship with food, rest, and routine
You want to prepare your body and mind for the dry, mobile, and often demanding fall season
You have tried cleanses before but want a gentler, more nourishing, practitioner-guided approach
You are ready to step away from overconsumption, constant stimulation, and everyday momentum—and return to what is essential
In Ayurveda, seasonal transitions are a meaningful opportunity to pause, clear what no longer serves, and establish the routines that will carry you through the next season. Fall cleansing is especially paired with rejuvenation: the goal is not simply to release, but to rebuild.
Your 14-Day Journey
-
We begin by making space.
Through simple, warm meals, digestive support, daily routine guidance, and a reduction in common stressors, you begin preparing your system for the deeper rest and restoration ahead.
You will receive guidance around:
A simple seasonal food plan
Digestive-support practices
Hydration and herbal-tea routines
Reducing stimulants, alcohol, highly processed foods, and sensory overload
Sleep, mealtime rhythm, and gentle movement
A simple daily self-care practice
-
This phase brings in the Ayurvedic principle of snehana: nourishment, oleation, and softening.
You will be guided in supportive self-abhyanga, warm and grounding food, and—where appropriate—individualized food-based or herbal oleation support. Rather than applying one rigid protocol to everyone, this phase honors that each body arrives with different needs.
Traditional Ayurvedic cleansing sequences use digestive preparation before oleation and sudation, with deeper cleansing practices determined according to individual readiness.
-
You will move into a quieter period of simplified eating, rest, and reduced demands. This may include kitchari, yūṣa, soups, or another individualized simple-food plan.
These days are designed to help you listen more closely to your body—without fasting, forcing, or pushing through depletion.
-
Travel to Sētu Vermont with a simple plan for food, hydration, and ease. This is a day to arrive, settle, and begin releasing the pace of ordinary life.
-
Spend four early-fall days held by the land, nourishing food, Ayurvedic therapies, and the rhythm of a small group moving through this experience together.
Each day at Sētu is designed to balance guidance with spaciousness. You will have support—but also permission to rest, walk, journal, nap, be quiet, and let your system settle.

Friday, September 25: Release & Restore
Allow the body to soften through therapeutic care, simple food, rest, and seasonal Ayurvedic teaching. This is a day for spaciousness, digestion, and settling into your own internal rhythm.
Saturday, September 26: Rebuild
Receive another individualized treatment and begin turning toward the practices that will support you after the retreat: food, self-massage, sleep, daily rhythm, and fall resilience.
Sunday, September 27: Integrate & Carry It Home
Our final morning is intentionally lighter. We will gather for integration, create your personal next-step plan, and close the retreat with clarity about how to continue nourishing yourself at home.
