Stay Safe Guidelines

Accommodations & Housekeeping

  • Only registered lodging guests will have access to lodging facilities.

  • Prior to your stay, all visitors will be provided host business COVID-19 response plan detailing, personal hygiene, self-health checks, physical distancing policies, and entering occupied units policies.

  • To ensure that everything can be sanitized in each guest room, we are providing each guest with a light woven blanket that can be washed and dried on high heat. We will not be providing our normal fall/winter duvets. We encourage all guests to bring an extra blanket for warmth.

  • Guest rooms will be vacant for a minimum of 72 hours between guests and will undergo thorough cleaning and disinfecting in line with CDC guidelines.

  • All guest rooms have a private bath during the pandemic. There are no communal/public restrooms available .


Overnight Guests

  • Out of state guests are recommended to register with Sara Alert to get daily reminders via text, email or phone from the Department of Health

  • We require a signed document from all guests attesting they meet the quarantine requirements, have traveled from a county with similar active COVID-19 caseload per ACCD, are an essential worker, or are a Vermonter. All guests must also complete a health questionnaire and self-certify health within 24 hours of arrival. See link below for certificate of compliance.

  • Any guest that exhibits signs of illness or COVID-19 symptoms upon arrival will not be allowed to check-in. If symptoms begin during their stay, they must be asked to leave and return home if possible.

  • Prior to the commencement of the days activities, a pre-screening including temperature check with non-contact thermometers will be required to ensure that nobody has symptoms of respiratory illness.

  • Guests will be required to wear face masks in community spaces (living room, sunroom and dining room) when occupying that space outside of service hours. E.g. when dining is not in session.

  • Upon first entry, and each time a guest leaves the premises and re-enters the lodging facility, they are required to sanitize their hands at the sanitation station located at the front door.


Dining

  • We will be boxing guest breakfast for pick-up after yoga. Guests can then choose to eat breakfast in their room, outdoors, or in one of our two communal eating spaces (sunroom or dining room)

  • No self-service or coffee stations are allowed. There is also no shared guest refrigeration available.


Yoga and Meditation

  • We plan to offer distanced sound meditation in the evenings as well as yoga in the mornings.

  • During sound meditation, guests will be allowed to remove their masks once seated, for breath work practices.

  • During yoga, we will provide guests with a disposable, thin mask which we ask that they wear throughout the class, unless there is an extenuating circumstance.

  • To maximize ventilation, we will be keeping windows in the yoga space cracked. We encourage participants to bring clothing layers to manage their temperature while participating in yoga.

  • There will be no communal use items available at this time. Participants are required to bring their own yoga mat, blanket, and/or meditation cushion for use.
