About the Day-Long
Ayurveda Retreat

Hosted in Our Brattleboro, Vermont Center

Many of us resolve to be more health-conscious each year, but fad diets and fitness classes often fall short of the sustainable lifestyle shifts we really need to be successful.

Ayurveda provides us with a path for health, nutrition, and caring for ourselves year-round, and in all stages of life.

Ayurveda focuses on caring for yourself, daily by nourishing your senses.

Ayurveda focuses on caring for yourself, daily by nourishing your senses.

For those looking for an introduction to this ancient healing system, we’ve designed an 8-hour intensive retreat to get you started on the path to wellness.

The intention of this day-long program is to provide a foundation that you can use to being thinking about their health through an Ayurvedic lens, cook a few healthy recipes, learn about seasonal and daily routines that can help you achieve greater alignment with your health goals, and experience the sister sciences of yoga and meditation along the way.
