  • This program is open to anyone interested in Ayurveda, whether you want to focus on improving your personal health, supporting your family, or integrating Ayurvedic practices into a professional career. It’s ideal for health and wellness professionals, including yoga teachers, massage therapists, healthcare providers, and wellness coaches, who are looking to expand their skill sets and offerings.

  • This retreat is yours to enjoy at your own pace! Participate in as many or as few activities as you like—whether you want to dive into every experience or take extra downtime to relax. Each day offers a balance of movement, creativity, self-care, and community, but you have the flexibility to tailor it to what feels best for you.

    This retreat is designed to leave you feeling refreshed, inspired, and deeply nourished. Whether you fill your schedule or simply soak in the peaceful atmosphere, you’ll return home recharged and ready for whatever comes next.

  • Your retreat package includes one 50-minute spa treatment of your choice, as well as a community acupuncture session designed to support relaxation and balance.

    If you’d like to enhance your experience with additional treatments, you’re welcome to book from our full range of offerings through our weekend spa services page. Treat yourself to even deeper rest and rejuvenation!

  • We will reach out one month before your retreat with an online booking link to schedule your included 50-minute spa treatment. Keep an eye on your inbox for this email!

    If you register closer to the retreat date, your welcome package will include the booking link so you can schedule your service before arrival.

  • No prior knowledge is necessary. The program is designed to accommodate all.

  • We offer various lodging options to suit different preferences and budgets. All accommodations include necessary amenities such as towels, bedding, and pillows.

    Accommodations include single, double, triple and family lodge style rooms. Upon registering you will be able to choose the type of accommodation that you want.

  • our retreat includes all meals from dinner on the first night through breakfast on the final day, except for Friday evening dinner.

    On Friday night, you'll have the opportunity to explore the local food scene in Brattleboro. We encourage you to enjoy a meal in town, and we’re happy to provide recommendations based on your preferences when you're on-site!

    Whether you join every activity or choose more downtime, this retreat is designed to restore, inspire, and reconnect you with yourself.

  • Comfortable clothing suitable for movement and meditation is recommended. A detailed list of any required materials will be provided upon registration.

  • es, a car is needed to travel to offsite experiences. That said, many participants will have cars, and carpooling is often an option.

    If you’re arriving via train, the Amtrak Vermonter stops in Brattleboro, Vermont, just a short distance from our retreat center. We offer pick-up services for $30 per trip if needed.

  • Yes, if your child is 12 or older. Otherwise, this retreat is designed for adults seeking a space for relaxation and renewal.

  • Refund Policy for Ayurveda Training

    We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent refund policy:

    • Refunds: Available up to 15 days before your program or stay, minus a $50 processing fee per person. 

      Nonrefundable Credit: If you cancel between 14 days and 1 day before your program or stay, you can receive a nonrefundable credit (less a $50 processing fee per/person) applicable to any future program or stay within one year. 

      No Refund or Credit: Cancellations on the arrival day, no-shows, or early departures are not eligible for refunds or credits.
