How the weekend will unfold:
Friday
4-6 pm Check-in
6-7pm Welcome Dinner on-site
7-8:30pm group meditation with kids
8pm-10:00 Free time (hot tub, sauna etc)
Saturday
7-8 am yoga for families
8-9am Breakfast
9am-12pm Ayurveda (Indian Medicine) for the Family
9am-12pm Experience Nature: Art, Exploration & Play for kids
12:00pm Bagged Lunch
2:30-4:30 pm Offsite: Circus arts for families
5-7pm Dinner In Town (on own)
7-8:30pm take a night hike, tell tales of nocturnal creatures around a campfire w/ cocoa, and finish up with some star-gazing from a top Quails Hill.
Sunday
7-8 am Yoga for families
8-9 am breakfast
9-11am Leading with Creativity: Parents Versus Kids - stick building
11am check out
11:30 pm horse-drawn sleigh ride at Fairwinds Farm
12 pm option to visit Harris Hill Ski Jumping Competition, (tickets not included) or head cross country sking/SNOWSHOEING as a family (price not included)
