About The Foundations Training

IMG_6812.JPEG

Many of us resolve to be more health-conscious each year, but fad diets and fitness classes often fall short of the sustainable lifestyle shifts we really need to be successful. Ayurveda provides us with a path for health, nutrition, and caring for ourselves year-round, and in all stages of life.

For those looking for an introduction to this ancient healing system, we’ve designed an 8-hour intensive weekend training to get you started on the path to wellness. The intention of this weekend is to provide a foundation that you can use to being thinking about their health through an Ayurvedic lens, cook a few healthy recipes, learn about seasonal and daily routines that can help you achieve greater alignment with your health goals, and experience the sister sciences of yoga and meditation along the way.

I took this amazing and comprehensive 8-hour introduction to Ayurveda...and it is information I will use for the rest of my life. The practices are definitely enhancing my quality of life. - J. J.
