Family Winter Retreat 2026:
A True Vacation for the Whole Family
Family Winter Retreat
Two Weekend Options: February 13–16 or February 19–22, 2026
in Brattleboro, Vermont
This February Break, give yourself and your family the gift of rest, connection, and play — without having to plan a thing.
Designed for families with children ages 5–12, this four-day, three-night retreat takes the pressure off parents (especially moms!) who usually coordinate every detail. From nourishing meals and engaging kids’ programs to spa treatments, yoga, and family activities, everything is prepared for you. Just arrive, exhale, and enjoy the magic of winter in Vermont together.
What you’ll experience:
This retreat is about getting back to what matters most — time together, simple pleasures, and genuine connection. In a world that moves too fast and demands too much, families come here to slow down, laugh more, and rediscover the joy of being together.
• Reconnect without screens, schedules, or distractions
• Experience joy and presence in the rhythm of nature
• Learn simple Ayurvedic and mindfulness tools to bring calm and balance home
• Create memories that spark laughter, closeness, and a sense of belonging
You’ll leave feeling grounded, joyful, and more connected — not just as individuals, but as a family.

“Wonderful and peaceful with beautiful rooms and lovely people. The Ayurveda lessons were very informative and I found the meditation classes perfect for a beginner like myself. The location is great too - just a short drive to downtown Brattleboro which has some wonderful restaurants.”
