
Stay Safe Guidelines

Guest Policies (overnight/day)
At this time we ask that if you have any of the following symptoms, or have had a recent exposure to COVID you stay home: fever or chills; cough; shortness of breath or difficulty breathing fatigue; muscle or body aches; headache; new loss of taste or smell; sore throat; congestion or runny nose; nausea or vomiting; diarrhea
Masks are not required in the retreat center, but are required during wellness treatments.
Additional Safety Measures
Any guest that exhibits signs of illness or COVID-19 symptoms upon arrival will not be allowed to check-in. If symptoms begin during their stay, they must be asked to leave and return home if possible.
We ask that guests sanitize their hands at the sanitation station located at the front door upon entering.
Dining
Meals at Setu are plated and cooked to order. We are no longer boxing meals. Dining is served in the dining room and sun room.
Yoga and Meditation
We are offering sound meditation, as well as yoga, no restrictions apply aside from those listed in our general guest requirements section above.
