Nidhi Pandya

Nidhi Bhanshali Pandya is a certified Ayurvedic Doctor, a speaker, and creator of the Inner Climate Method®—a transformative approach that blends ancient Vedic wisdom with modern science. Based in New York City, she brings 15 years of expertise and a lifelong immersion in Ayurveda, inspired by her grandfather, a revered Ayurvedic healer in India.

Formally trained for over 5 years at a traditional Gurukulam-type institution, Nidhi excels in distilling complex ancient scriptures into practical, modern-day tools. Her passion lies in empowering people to cultivate self-awareness, live intuitively, and achieve mind-body balance. Through her globally taught Inner Climate Method® and now her book Your Body Already Knows, she helps readers and students harness their intuition and innate wisdom to achieve sustainable health and well-being while providing a systematic guide to reset their gut, hormones, sleep, and mood.

As a faculty member at the Shakti School, a contributor to leading publications, and the creator of a course on Commune, Nidhi bridges the gap between traditional Ayurvedic teachings and contemporary lifestyles.
